Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President, POM Technical Product Manager for the Structured Debt team, based in New York, NY and Pittsburgh, PA. You will shape product vision, align stakeholders, and drive long-term strategy for execution.

Responsibilities include leading multiple pods, prioritizing backlog, drafting detailed requirements, guiding design and engineering, coordinating with partner releases, and developing Product Owners to implement best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer science, or a related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile apps, APIs and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop product vision and long-term strategy for execution across multiple business lines.
Lead product development across pods, prioritize backlog and intake items from partner teams.
Coordinate product adoption with broader platform releases to achieve OKRs.
Lead and develop Product Owners and coach product management best practices.
