Job summary

Appfire, a remote-first software company with 800+ employees across 28 countries, seeks a Vice President of Product Management, Platform & Innovation to lead the Appfire Platform, Innovation portfolio, and its Atlassian relationship. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap powering shared platform capabilities and AI services, driving growth and reducing duplication across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• An MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible product management experience, including 5+ years leading teams of product managers or product leaders.
• Demonstrated success defining and scaling cloud platforms, shared services, APIs, or developer-facing capabilities in a SaaS, XaaS, or consumption-based business.
• Proven experience taking net-new, 0-to-1 products from discovery through launch, customer adoption, and commercial traction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy and Portfolio Leadership to set vision, investment thesis, and roadmaps across the Appfire Platform and portfolio.
• Own Platform Product Leadership, delivering shared platform capabilities including AI-enabled services and driving adoption.
• Lead Innovation and New Growth, managing a portfolio of bets and evidence-based progression gates.
• Oversee Atlassian Technical Relationship as senior product owner, tracking platform/API/Forge changes and ecosystem shifts.
• Lead People and Organizational Leadership, building and mentoring product teams and establishing operating cadence.
