Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering leadership.
• 3–5 years at VP level.
• Experience leading large-scale, global SaaS platforms.
• Experience operating platforms serving a global customer base.
• Expertise designing highly available, resilient infrastructure.
• Experience leading SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure at scale.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, IaC, GitOps, observability.
• Track record owning high-availability SLAs in production SaaS.
• Strong executive communication and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infrastructure & Platform Engineering org across Cloud, SRE, CI/CD & SDLC, and Application Support.
• Direct four Directors and ~50 engineers; cultivate ownership and minimize escalations.
• Develop Directors and future leaders; drive headcount planning, hiring, retention.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, system design, reliability, and observability.
• Shape platform strategy, address technical debt, evaluate new technologies.
• Own 99.95% uptime across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments; define SLOs and incident response.
• Lead application support and manage tier-2/tier-3 escalations; drive improvements from issues.
• Oversee acquisition integrations; partner on due diligence and risk assessment.
• Champion AI-powered developer tooling across engineering; track productivity metrics.
• Define multi-year platform roadmap and governance across teams; report to the C-suite.
