Job summary

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management seeks a VP to design and oversee flagship philanthropy programs, donor collaboratives, and enterprise initiatives, aligning with business objectives and governance.

You will lead cross-functional programs with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Wealth Management partners; manage board materials and reporting; and expand MS GIFT strategies with external partners.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in philanthropy, wealth management, nonprofit advisory, client strategy, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• Experience designing and managing strategic programs, client education initiatives, donor collaboratives, or enterprise workstreams.
• Experience preparing client-facing and senior leadership-facing materials, including presentations and briefing documents.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage flagship client education programs and donor collaboratives to deepen client relationships.
• Lead strategic engagement initiatives, including Diversity Portfolios, with cross-functional teams.
• Direct philanthropic programs from concept through implementation, with measurable outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional projects spanning governance, operations, marketing, and impact reporting.
• Support governance processes, prepare board materials, and track key decisions.
• Develop innovative philanthropic solutions, giving guides, and landscape analyses for clients.
