Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in art or science; CFRE preferred.
• Eight+ years in progressively responsible fund development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong public speaking and community relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops fundraising strategy addressing the Agency’s needs.
• Establishes performance measures, tracks results, and collaborates with Leadership Team and board.
• Manages Annual Campaigns, Events, Grants Supervision; Major gifts; Capital Campaigns.
• Interacts with Visiting Nurse Board and Fund Development Committee; builds donor relationships.
• Leads engagement of board, staff, and leadership in fund development and partnerships.
• Collaborates with marketing and business development to raise awareness and partnerships.
• Ensures donor databases are accurate and used to support goals.
