Qualifications

Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
15+ years of peptide therapeutics or related experience.
Experience leading peptide design, formulation, synthesis strategy, or development programs.
Experience translating mutation biology into therapeutic development strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction and execution of peptide therapeutic programs focused on mutation-driven targets.
Oversee peptide design, synthesis, formulation development, optimization, and candidate selection.
Partner with genomics, bioinformatics, and translational science teams to identify opportunities.
Establish workflows for peptide formulation, screening, and preclinical advancement.
Evaluate new peptide technologies and delivery platforms to enhance performance.
Provide oversight for internal teams and external partners; manage study design for pharmacology and PK/PD.
