Experience leading peptide design, formulation, synthesis, optimization, or development programs.
Translate mutation biology or mutation-specific insights into therapeutic development strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction and execution of peptide therapeutic programs.
Oversee peptide design, synthesis strategy, formulation development, optimization, and candidate selection.
Coordinate with genomics, bioinformatics, oncology, and translational science teams.
Develop and manage portfolio strategy, milestones, and senior leadership communication.
Oversee budgets, external partnerships, and resource planning.
