Job summary

Zearch Ltd is seeking a transformative VP People to lead the global people function as part of the executive team. This is the first dedicated HR leader in a fast‑growing Series C AI SaaS company and will shape org design, compensation, talent development and the hiring engine across the US, Canada and EMEA.

You will report to the CEO, partner with the board, and drive IPO readiness while building scalable processes, governance and analytics to support rapid growth and strategic hiring at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading people functions in tech/scaling environments.
• Experience in VC/PE-backed tech scaling is a plus.
• Experience building compensation and equity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Set the people strategy and organ design across US/Canada/EMEA.
• Advise CEO/leadership and report to the board on people metrics.
• Own end-to-end hiring for high-demand AI/ML/engineer talent.
• Scale HRIS, analytics and compliance across states/provinces.
