Job summary

The CORE Institute in Phoenix, AZ seeks a seasoned Payor Contracting Analyst to lead contract analysis, negotiations, and reimbursement analyses on behalf of providers. You will coordinate with Payors, ensure payment integrity, and align contracts with internal controls and strategic goals.

Responsibilities include researching contracting opportunities, developing rate transparency infrastructure, and communicating trends to leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of provider financial issues and contracting options.
• 7–10 years of experience supporting contract negotiations with payors.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and serve as liaison between Payors and providers.
• Lead contract analysis and negotiations with Payors on behalf of providers.
• Lead development of Payor reimbursement analyses for baseline strategies.
• Research and recommend payor contracting opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure compliance in all business and contractual relationships.
• Identify trends and communicate issues to market leadership and management.
• Support strategic projects including rate transparency and payment validation.
