Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related area.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Business Management, or Strategy roles within Financial Services.

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and numeric skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for front office and support functions to drive objectives.
• Support heads through pipeline management, strategy, financial analysis, and expense management.
• Deliver ad-hoc requests with project management and presentation development.
• Create strategic, data-driven presentations and dashboards.
• Coordinate regulatory, audit, and compliance deliverables.
• Collaborate across teams to simplify and improve processes.
