Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President in Payments CDAO to drive innovation by developing products and features that delight customers in payments and agentic commerce. You will design and build solutions addressing customer needs in a fast-moving fintech landscape.

You will oversee the product lifecycle from discovery to scale, partner with engineering, risk, and compliance, and lead cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise-ready capabilities across payments and global banking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong background in payments and commerce.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle and data analytics.
• Experience influencing discovery, ideation, and value management.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Plans and owns the development of agentic commerce and payments products for consumers, merchants and agents.
• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management and growth targets.
• Lead end-to-end product life cycle from planning to future development; manage risks and reliability.
• Partner with engineering, risk, compliance and other teams to launch enterprise-ready solutions.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve objectives.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analyses to identify differentiators.
