Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management or related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant management experience in payments.
• Knowledge of payment systems, UCC, Federal Reserve banking rules, and applicable state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the payments strategy and initiatives.
• Lead the payments operations team and ensure staff performance and development.
• Oversee ACH, wires, check processing, and card processing; ensure timely processing.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and payment processors.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with BSA, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act.
• Monitor and improve payment performance and security.
