Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a senior US leader to own payer strategy across therapies and emerging areas. You will drive pricing strategy, contracting, and payer communications to secure sustainable patient access and align with US business priorities.

Leading cross-functional teams, you will translate payer insights into actionable plans, collaborate with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Finance and Legal, and guide field teams through complex negotiations to maximize enterprise value.
