This leader will drive a cell therapy orchestration platform, coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, IT and other teams, and ensure a superior patient and provider experience. Ideal candidates have 17+ years in pharma/biotech with 12+ years in leadership roles, and proven experience in autologous cell therapy

Formación

• BS/BA in a relevant field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Experience 17+ years with 12+ years in pharma/biotech/biopharma with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in gene and/or cell therapy.
• Operational strategy and cross-functional leadership experience in a complex environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy for Patient Operations, including scheduling rules and slot allocation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable patient scheduling and apheresis operations.
• Oversee implementation of a cell therapy orchestration platform and integration with systems for registration, scheduling, COI/COC traceability, and logistics.
