Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Portfolio Leader to drive carrier engagement, portfolio strategy, and broking enablement across the Property & Casualty portfolio. This role connects regional offices, carrier partners, and national leadership to improve client outcomes and profitability.

The position requires deep P&C knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional influence, with travel and hybrid in-office work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and proven experience.
• Ten years of commercial insurance, brokerage, carrier management, or related experience.
• Experience using data and market intelligence to shape strategy and growth opportunities.
• Broad exposure to commercial P&C products, carrier capabilities, and distribution channels.
• Prior people leadership or team development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate regional carrier relationship plans and enhance engagement.
• Develop regional portfolio strategies to drive profitable growth and retention.
• Enable broking teams with carrier intelligence and portfolio insights.
• Navigate carrier operations and escalation paths across regions and enterprise.
• Lead with influence, set priorities, and provide dashboards and updates to leadership.
