Job summary

EXL seeks a Management Consultant with 10+ years of experience to shape and lead data and cloud transformation programs. This hybrid role spans consulting, pre-sales and delivery oversight, representing EXL before clients and data/technology leaders in the insurance sector.

You will drive data modernization, data mart development, cloud modernization, governance and BI acceleration, while guiding engagements from pitch to delivery and building credibility with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management or technology consulting focused on data/analytics and AI, ideally in insurance.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and modern data architectures: warehouses, lakes, ETL/ELT, governance and BI.
• Proven ability to build and present executive-level decks and engage senior client leaders.
• Pre-sales experience contributing to proposals, solutioning, estimation and client pitches.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders and define target-state data/AI roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive workshops and translate business needs into data/AI programs.
• Lead client pitches, orals and proposals including solution storyline, scope, estimates and pricing inputs.
• Provide solution and quality leadership across engagements to keep programs on scope, schedule and budget.
• Represent the EXL brand in client interactions and mentor consultants and analysts.
