Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of brokerage claims experience.
• Knowledge of P&C coverages, policy forms and brokerage claims customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives and strategies for long-range claims operations.
• Provide consultation and expert advice to management on technical topics.
• Resolve complex claims and supervise adjusters to ensure proper methods.
• Coordinate with counsel on claims requiring litigation and with clients for settlements.

Education

7-10+ years brokerage claims experience

Knowledge of P&C coverages and policy forms

Brokerage claims customer service experience
