Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Vice President of Claims to lead our claims organization across California locations with a hybrid work model. This role requires extensive brokerage claims experience, a P&C broker license, and a Juris Doctor degree.

You will guide strategy, compliance, and client relations while driving results. The position offers senior leadership responsibilities, collaboration with executives, and opportunities to influence workflow efficiency and service

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years brokerage claims experience.
• Valid P&C Property Casualty Broker-Agent License.
• Juris Doctor (Law Degree) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives and strategies for claims operations.
• Provide consultation and advice to management on claims topics.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders on claims matters.
• Lead and supervise claims advocates and other staff.
• Prepare reports for data processing and compliance teams.
