EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Claims Advocate to serve as a trusted claims resource for clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders across diverse industries. The role focuses on strategic guidance, timely claim handling, and proactive risk management to improve outcomes.

This position requires deep knowledge of Property & Casualty claims, strong communication, and the ability to mentor teammates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment based in Southern California

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Property & Casualty claims experience.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Valid P&C Brokers License.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with reporting P&C claims and determine applicable coverages.
• Act as liaison between clients and insurers for timely, best outcomes.
• Review summons/complaints and report to carriers.
• Document all claim activity in agency management systems.
• Notify account managers of service, claims, or coverage concerns.
• Provide strategic claims consulting on trends and risk management.
• Lead or mentor junior staff in claims advocacy.
• Maintain strong client relationships with carriers and partners.
