Job summary

TREASURE Oak Clean Energy, LLC in Austin, Texas, seeks a Vice President, Origination to lead corporate outreach, develop relationships with counterparties, and drive origination for development and operating assets.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in renewable offtake origination, strong negotiation and market insights, and 50%+ travel. You will report to the Senior VP, Commercial and collaborate with multiple teams across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, or economics.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in renewable offtake origination with corporate counterparties.
• Experience in product structuring, sales and trading, asset optimization a plus.
• Direct experience in ISO/RTO markets (ERCOT, MISO, PJM, SPP) required.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate outreach and origination for projects nationwide and regionally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate counterparties.
• Support development, M&A, and market expansion strategies with feedback on offtake products.
• Provide market intelligence on price levels, demand, and structuring changes.
