Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Vice President of Teledyne Advanced Electronic Solutions (TAES) to lead strategy, operations and financial performance for a complex electronics manufacturing business.

You will oversee engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program execution, drive growth, improve productivity, and foster a culture of safety, ethics, and continuous improvement with a high-performing leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience within aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or related industries.
Minimum 10 years of executive or senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
Proven record of leading complex manufacturing and engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and set long-term vision and operating plans for TAES.
Oversee engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program execution.
