Power Device Corporation in Bohemia, NY is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead global manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will drive strategic execution across Bohemia, San Diego, and Isle of Wight sites, aligning capacity, people, and capital with growth objectives.

You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital, partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to optimize profitability and EBITDA.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in aerospace/defense/electronics manufacturing with at least 3 years in senior management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that improve quality, delivery, inventory, and cash flow.
• Strong business and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and new product introduction in regulated environments.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with Sales/Marketing, Engineering, and Finance on priorities and pricing initiatives.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and change-management skills, with success in talent development and presenting results to executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, manufacturing, and analytics systems; ability to leverage AI for productivity while ensuring compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations across all PDC facilities, aligning capacity and resources with strategy and financial objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations organization with clear accountability.
• Drive productivity improvements via lean manufacturing, process optimization, and automation including AI.
• Ensure readiness for new product introductions with manufacturing capabilities and supplier readiness.
• Support pricing and profitability decisions by leveraging operational insights and costs.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and cost performance; drive margin and cash-flow improvements.
• Lead procurement, planning, and inventory management to optimize stock and reduce obsolescence.
• Evaluate and execute capital investments and facility improvements.
• Establish KPIs and governance; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Provide risk management and business continuity leadership; address disruptions with corrective actions.
