Qualifications

• Experience supporting business platforms, operational processes, or risk-related systems in financial services.
• Strong coordination skills across support and change activities.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including training and stakeholder updates.
• Experience coordinating testing, defect management, and release support in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in Operational Risk, Control Management, or related risk disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the Risk Management Platform.
• Serve as the main contact for user support, access questions, issue triage.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine platform enhancements.
• Prioritize and manage change requests to align with business needs and strategy.
• Support rollout of updates with communications, training, and demos.
• Assist with transition planning and continuity across platform changes and modernization.
• Coordinate testing for enhancements, defects, and production releases.
• Document business requirements, processes, and impacts for new functionality.
• Provide reporting and data analysis tied to platform operations and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and streamline workflows.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, operations, and risk teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
