Bridge33 Capital seeks a Senior Vice President, Investments to lead a team of investment professionals and own the firm’s investment functions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and deployment of discretionary fund capital.

The role focuses on sourcing, closing, and shaping investment strategy for open-air retail assets, with collaboration across Leasing, Asset Management, and other divisions. Seattle-based with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in real estate private equity, principal investor, institutional investment manager, or similar buy-side role.
• Experience with open-air retail real estate is required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, economics, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute the company’s investment strategy under the CEO, identifying and closing opportunities.
• Direct deployment of fund equity to meet investment objectives in open-air retail assets and beyond.
• Build and leverage industry relationships to maximize deal opportunities for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Own underwriting standards, including tenant diligence, cash flow modeling, site visits, and market analysis.
• Lead meetings to evaluate pipeline, allocate responsibilities, and coordinate portfolio activity.
• Structure and negotiate real estate transactions (fee simple, JV, debt).
• Collaborate with Leasing, Asset Management, Property Management, and Tenant Coordination teams.
• Manage deployment pacing and portfolio concentration against fund objectives and returns.
• Present and defend investment recommendations to Investment Committee and LPs.
