Job summary

Bridge33 Capital seeks a Senior Vice President of Investments to lead the investment function, oversee acquisitions and dispositions, and direct fund deployment. You will drive strategy, shaping portfolio construction and pacing to meet fund objectives while cultivating industry relationships to boost deal flow.

You will own underwriting standards, manage a skilled investments team, and partner with Leasing, Asset Management, and other divisions for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in real estate private equity, principal investor, or buy-side management.
• Open-air retail real estate experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, economics, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
• Strong industry relationships with brokers, debt/equity providers.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute investment strategy under CEO guidance, sourcing and closing opportunities.
• Direct deployment of fund equity to meet objectives (fee simple open-air retail preferred).
• Build relationships to maximize deal opportunities for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Own underwriting and due diligence standards, including cash flow modeling and tenant diligence.
• Lead investment committee prep, presentation, and defense; communicate with LPs.
