Job summary

Bridge33 Capital is seeking a Senior Vice President, Investments to lead a team of investment professionals from our Seattle office. You will oversee acquisitions, dispositions, and the deployment of discretionary fund capital, shaping investment strategy and portfolio construction.

The role requires deep relationships in the real estate industry and a track record of sourcing and closing complex transactions.

Qualifications

12+ years in real estate private equity or buy-side roles.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business administration, economics, or related field.
Proven ability to source, structure, negotiate, finance, and close complex real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute the Company’s investment strategy under the CEO’s direction.
Direct deployment of fund equity to meet investment objectives, focusing on open-air retail assets.
Build and leverage industry relationships to maximize deal opportunities.
Own underwriting and due diligence standards, including cash flow modeling and site reviews.
Lead meetings to evaluate the investment pipeline and allocate team responsibilities.
Structure and negotiate real estate transactions (fee simple, JV, debt).
Collaborate with Leasing, Asset Management, and Property Management teams.
Manage deployment pacing and portfolio concentration against fund objectives.
Present and defend investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
