Job summary

Bridge33 Capital in Seattle seeks a Senior Vice President, Investments to lead its investment team, manage acquisitions, dispositions, and how discretionary fund capital is deployed. You will shape strategy, supervise underwriting, build industry relationships, and drive deal flow across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in real estate private equity or similar buy-side platform.
• Experience with open-air retail real estate required.
• Demonstrated track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
• Ability to source, structure, negotiate, finance and close complex real estate transactions.
• Understanding discretionary fund economics and portfolio-level return outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the investment strategy under the CEO's direction.
• Direct deployment of fund equity to meet investment objectives.
• Build industry relationships to maximize deal opportunities.
• Own underwriting and due-diligence standards, including cash flow modeling.
• Lead meetings to evaluate pipeline and allocate team responsibilities.
• Structure and negotiate real estate transactions (fee simple, JV, debt).
• Collaborate with Leasing, Asset Management, Property Management and Tenant Coordination.
• Manage deployment pacing and portfolio concentration against fund goals.
• Present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee and LPs.
• Develop a culture of excellence within the Investments team.
