Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, organizational effectiveness, change management, internal communications, employee engagement, knowledge management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading enterprise or divisional organizational enablement programs.
• Strong change management capabilities, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, readiness assessment, adoption measurement, and resistance management.
• Experience creating executive communications, newsletters, organizational updates, presentations, and employee-facing content.
• Demonstrated ability to design and administer employee engagement, award, recognition, onboarding, or organizational health programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret employee feedback and organizational data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling messages.
• Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Change Management: develop and execute change management strategies for new structures, processes, tools, programs, and ways of working.
• Create comprehensive change plans addressing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Partner with initiative owners and senior leaders to assess impacts, identify resistance, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish repeatable change management standards, tools, and templates across Data Center organization.
• Measure readiness, adoption, and effectiveness using feedback and performance data.
• Serve as trusted change advisor and advocate for transparent organizational transformation.
• Employee Engagement: develop inclusive approaches for recognizing contributions across functions and regions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, leadership forums, and programs strengthening connection across the division.
• Gather feedback and translate insights into practical recommendations.
