BioTalent is seeking a VP, Scientific Services to serve as the senior scientific leader for our oncology portfolio. This hybrid leadership role balances scientific oversight, account strategy, team development, and new business contribution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead scientific direction for a portfolio of oncology accounts across solid tumor and hematologic indications.
Ensure scientific rigor, regulatory alignment, and accuracy in all deliverables.
Present scientific narratives and data to client stakeholders including Medical Affairs leaders.
Mentor, manage, and develop a team of medical writers and scientific staff.
Support hiring, onboarding, and career development for the oncology team.
Contribute scientific insight to proposals and new business opportunities.
