Job summary

Fingerpaint Group is seeking a VP of Scientific Strategy to translate cutting-edge medical research into strategic brand initiatives for healthcare clients. You will oversee a multilevel team, mentor scientists, and drive cross‑brand programs and new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a PhD (preferred), oncology experience, and 7–10 years in pharmaceutical marketing. You will read beyond data to craft scientific concepts and lead medical communications, strategy, and education

Qualifications

• PhD preferred with pharma/healthcare science background.
• Oncology experience required.
• 7–10 years in pharmaceutical industry and/or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand building, unbranded initiatives, and communication planning.
