Job summary

SBS Comms is seeking a VP to lead the OnBoard program, guiding a portfolio of startup clients and shaping growth strategy. You will mentor a team of startup specialists, manage executive relationships, and steer PR planning, storytelling, and media outreach.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PR/communications experience with startups, strong client management skills, and a track record of delivering high-impact media results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years PR/communications experience in agencies or with startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OnBoard program across a portfolio of startup clients.
• Grow and mentor a team of startup specialists.
• Manage founder/client relationships, contracts and budgets.
• Guide founders through PR and media readiness.
• Set and track goals, KPIs and business objectives for clients.
