Job summary

Google seeks a VP of UX to lead a 150+ multidisciplinary team across interaction, visual, motion, writing and research for Android and Pixel. You’ll unify UX vision and execution across Android and Pixel hardware to deliver a seamless consumer experience under a cohesive “one team” philosophy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, CS, or related field.
15 years leading multi-disciplinary UX organizations (100+ professionals).
15 years of experience in user experience design, research, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead the multi-year UX strategy for Android and Pixel phone, ensuring a unified "one team" vision.
Drive uncompromising quality and craftsmanship across interaction, visual, motion, writing, and research.
Navigate hyper-complex technical and organizational dependencies between platform (Android) and hardware (Pixel) release cycles.
Lead the integration of emerging technologies like Agentic AI (GenUX) into the mobile experience.
