Qualifications

• Harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners.
• Drive operational accuracy across the Ask and Answers portfolio and support pilots like VisQA.
• Lead sprints for design cohesion and address quality gaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to create industry-leading products based on user insights.
