• 15 years of experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary UX organizations (100+ professionals).
• 15 years of experience in user experience design, research, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 150+ multi-disciplinary UX organization across interaction, visual, motion design, writing, and research for Android and Pixel.
• Define the multi-year UX vision for Android and Pixel under a cohesive "one team" philosophy.
• Drive uncompromising craftsmanship across all design disciplines while navigating platform software and hardware release cycles.
• Partner with executive leaders across Android, Pixel, GDM, Search to harmonize product goals and establish a unified user experience.
• Lead the integration of emerging technologies like Agentic AI (GenUX) into the mobile experience.
