Google is seeking a UX Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary UX programs, coordinating with Engineering, Product Management, and Strategy to deliver user-centered experiences at scale.

You will plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, and drive actionable insights to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a high quality bar. This role emphasizes collaboration across many UX disciplines and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing and scaling UX related programs.
• 8 years of experience driving operational efforts across organizations.
• Experience with UX disciplines and user-centered development tools and methodologies.
• Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to develop solutions.
• Experience with the velocity/productivity of teams, products, and systems, and integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision for operational excellence across UX teams to deliver high trust and strategic counsel on large-scale projects.
• Develop program roadmaps and establish user-centered project goals aligned with long-term objectives.
• Oversee cross-functional projects, programs, and strategies.
• Advocate for UX metrics to drive user-centered development across programs.
• Manage large, complex programs and transform chaos into an efficient organization.
