Job summary

National Life Group is looking for an experienced Underwriting leader to head the core markets team. This senior role will focus on development, strategic oversight, and innovation in underwriting practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in life underwriting, preferably with strong leadership abilities and industry recognition. Flexible work options include hybrid arrangements from Addison, TX, or Montpelier, VT. Salary ranges from $168,750 to $247,500 USD depending on experience.
