Qualifications include a bachelor’s or advanced degree, 5-8 years of management experience (preferably in underwriting), and strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Expertise in underwriting practices, risk analysis, resource management, and adaptive communication is essential.

Salary ranges from $130,800 to $196,200, with potential adjustments based on experience and location.
