EPD Solutions in Irvine, CA seeks a Vice President of Transportation to lead the Transportation Planning and Engineering practice. You will drive growth, refine the vision, build key client relationships, and guide strategic initiatives to strengthen EPD's regional reputation.

Senior leadership role responsible for strategic thinking, accountability, and pursuing major transportation projects with both public and private sector clients. Strong focus on outcomes and market position.

Qualifications

• PE or TE licensure (Civil/Traffic) required.
• AICP certification or urban/community planning knowledge desired but not required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, or related transportation consulting, with visible wins on significant pursuits.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
• Credibility with agencies, public clients, and industry peers; strong written and verbal advocacy in client presentations, agency hearings, and public meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the Transportation service line.
• Drive business development and expand relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Lead major pursuits and position EPD to win strategic transportation projects.
• Build and maintain executive-level client and industry relationships.
• Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Represent EPD and enhance the firm's reputation through industry leadership and market engagement.
• Foster a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and continuous improvement.
