Responsibilities

• Oversee design, modification, and improvement of engineering projects and services; direct testing and maintenance processes and ensure quality control.
• Delegate and empower Directors to establish technical execution plans and communicate with the EaaS team.
• Oversee Energy Efficiency Application process for EaaS projects to maximize cost/benefit and meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinate workload priorities with Engineering Project Management to meet project outcomes.
• Review actual vs modeled savings and guide actions to ensure energy outcomes.
• Coordinate corrective actions when projects underperform.
• Develop processes to expedite energy savings delivery on EaaS projects.
