Job summary

DAT is seeking a high-impact leader to head the DAT iQ product and engineering organization in Seattle. You will mentor product managers and engineering leaders, own the roadmap, ensure delivery quality, and drive the data-driven pricing and analytics strategy for brokers and shippers.

You will partner with data science to productionize forecasting models, own portfolio decisions across segments, and engage customers directly to shape product direction and value.

Qualifications

• Led product and engineering organizations with measurable impact on strategy and delivery.
• Built or scaled product management practices including discovery, prioritization, and metrics.
• Has sustained customer engagement and can translate feedback into portfolio decisions.
• Understands freight markets and pricing dynamics for brokerages and shippers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DAT iQ product and engineering organization, developing managers and leaders.
• Own delivery, quality, and timeliness of production work and performance.
• Set analytics strategy and roadmap, translating data advantages into architecture and commitments.
• Turn forecasting and rate models from research into production-ready systems.
