Job summary

AHRC Nassau seeks a senior leader to direct Talent Acquisition, Development, and Engagement, ensuring staffing, learning, and engagement programs align with strategic goals. The role collaborates with executives to implement data-driven talent solutions and industry best practices.

The Vice President will develop high-performing teams, oversee budgets, measure impact, and promote inclusive, compliant practices while representing the organization at events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources and credentials; Master’s preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading and transforming talent acquisition, development, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Directs Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
• Oversees budgeting and governance for the department’s programs.
• Leads data-driven talent decisions and reporting to executive leadership.
• Represents the organization at conferences and external committees.
