Job summary

Baylor Genetics is seeking a senior executive to lead Supply Chain, Operations Excellence, and Analytics. You will build end-to-end supply chain, oversee logistics, materials management, and strategic procurement, and foster Lean continuous improvement across Operations.

The VP will establish an Operations Analytics capability, deliver data-driven performance insights, and partner with Finance, Quality, and R&D to scale testing volumes and geographic reach while maintaining quality and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive Operations or Operations Excellence experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Exec Dir/VP or above).
• Proven ability to lead multiple operational functions and build teams.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and optimization.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end supply chain, logistics, materials management, procurement, and kitting.
• Develop and execute a comprehensiveSupply Chain strategy aligned with growth and quality objectives.
• Lead demand planning, inventory management, replenishment, and service-level targets.
• Establish supplier governance, performance management, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Build and lead an Operations Analytics function with KPI-driven insights.
• Foster a Lean culture, drive continuous improvement, and manage organizational change.
• Partner with Finance, Quality, Laboratory Ops, R&D, and Commercial to align priorities.
