Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8–10 years of related experience with proactive outbound sales and B2B development.
• Minimum 5 years managing a sales or business development function.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead SEG enrollment, activation, and growth strategies with C‑suite sponsors.
• Own sales and membership growth targets including deposits and loans.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, and performance management for the team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Branch, Lending, and Member Services to drive programs.
