Job summary

Tractor Zoom seeks a VP of Software Engineering to shape its technology and build a world-class engineering organization across web, mobile, data science, and Salesforce development.

You will define the technical vision, lead architecture efforts, and create a culture of ownership and rapid delivery while exploring AI-driven development and automation to accelerate product delivery. Hybrid work with strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering or development.
• 5+ years in technical leadership and building scalable teams.
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and retain top talent.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS development and AI-assisted tooling.
