Position : Vice President of Sales – Real Estate / Property Management Technology

Location : NY / NJ, Atlanta, Florida (remote : anywhere on east coast)

Established company with Real Estate / Property Management software solutions is seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive to lead the company’s expansion efforts.

Sales Executive we are searching for must have experience and success in software sales to the real estate, construction, property management or related industries.

They will grow sales and maintain relationships with REITS and Multifamily Housing Operators.

The individual will be responsible for building / mentoring the company’s sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects in the multifamily housing market
  • Strategically work with REITs to increase company’s software utilization
  • Grow and mentor the company’s sales team
  • Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development
  • Negotiate and close enterprise-level deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, implementation, and support
  • Attend and represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts in the CRM
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of enterprise software (SaaS) sales experience
  • Have managed and mentored software sales professionals
  • Proven success selling to or within the multifamily property management industry
  • Experience working with REITs
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote role
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
