Job summary

Ashton Woods is seeking a high-performing Vice President of Sales to lead the division’s sales metrics and recruiter retention efforts. You will drive accountability, oversee recruitment, training, and compensation programs, and leverage CRM and marketing tools to exceed budgeted sales targets.

You will build a disciplined team, oversee marketing and customer engagement, and provide market data for land purchases and sales strategy while maintaining a >90% corporate satisfaction score.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience as a high-level sales and marketing manager
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
• Master’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Managed a team of Sales Consultants and Front‑Line Sales Leaders
• Experience in a Customer Engagement and Satisfaction model
• Entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinker
• Computer literacy with CRM/Sales Performance Management systems
• Market Analysis (supply/demand and demographic)

Responsibilities

• Drive a system and culture of accountability and performance to beat sales goals
• Achieve division budgeted sales and closing objectives
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain sales talent; execute compensation programs
• Leverage CRM/marketing automation and sales performance tools
• Conduct competitive analysis, product positioning and market segmentation
• Develop and implement merchandising and collateral materials
• Analyze customer demographics and web marketing; manage budget and control
• Build a disciplined sales force that sells homes and ensures customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with building and admin teams to reduce cycle time and disputes
• Manage marketing process to meet Marketing Manager objectives
• Provide timely market data for land purchases and sales strategy
• Maintain training levels in sales processes and conduct regular training
• Manage customer care from sale to closing and ensure procedures are followed
• Maintain corporate satisfaction score >90% and participate in product development
• Administer the contract process to ensure fast starts and reduce ambiguities
• Manage fixed expenses within budget
• Other duties as assigned
