Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales or related industry with sales leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
