Base pay range

$210,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Sales, North America, will develop and execute the regional sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SaaS sales and expertise in the supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, including account executives and sales managers, to achieve and exceed sales targets. Experience with Global Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Inside Sales is highly valuable.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: As a small organization seeking growth, you will determine the go-to-market efforts rather than execute a static plan.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and reduce churn to meet revenue objectives.
  • Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the development and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point. Customer-facing activities are critical in this role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, focusing on supply chain solutions.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience building and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Location:

Preferred in Northeast United States.

Remote

Pay Range:

$210,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually

Commission Eligibility:

This position is eligible for commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our commissions plan.
