Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales initiatives with company-wide objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
  • Representation: Act as the face of the sales organization in high-level meetings, conferences, and events.
Candidate Qualifications

Conditions of Employment
