We're hiring a Vice President of Sales for a full-time opportunity with a growing healthcare technology company focused on improving how healthcare organizations access, exchange, and utilize critical data. This executive-level role will lead the go-to-market strategy across both payer and provider organizations, with a strong focus on enterprise healthcare technology, interoperability, clinical data exchange, risk adjustment, quality, and value-based care solutions.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished healthcare sales leader to have a major impact on the next stage of a high-growth organization. You'll own revenue strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales organization, develop relationships with C-level healthcare executives, and help define how the company approaches the market. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and hands-on operator who understands complex healthcare buying environments and can turn that knowledge into repeatable sales processes, predictable revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships.
10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or health tech sales
5+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven success selling into both payer and provider organizations
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Deep understanding of healthcare buyer personas and procurement processes
Experience with healthcare data, interoperability, or value-based care solutions
Strong understanding of regulated healthcare environments
Experience building, managing, and developing high-performing sales teams
Demonstrated ability to establish repeatable sales processes and forecasting discipline
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with clinical data exchange, HIEs, or EMR integrations
Knowledge of risk adjustment and quality reporting
Experience with prior authorization workflows
Experience selling data-driven healthcare solutions
Experience scaling an early-stage or growth-stage company
Experience developing strategic partnerships and channel relationships
Strong understanding of payer and provider technology ecosystems
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships
Established relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers
Experience representing a company at healthcare conferences and industry events
